A mango, pineapple, and GA peach based sauce with habaneros providing the heat. A triple vinegar base of apple cider, pomegranate, and white. We added carmelized onions, candied carrots, and roasted and pan fried garlic to the mix with a little lime juice, sea salt and lemon grape seed oil to finish it off. This is the perfect definition of sweet heat!
