You’re a shining star, burning bright you see, better freeze tp I said freeze TP!! This is a fruity and fiery complexity! I took 4 pounds of ripe star fruit and blended it down with rice wine vinegar. I roasted off a ton of garlic and Vidalia onions to draw out the sweetness. I took all of our yellow super hots and pan fried them to really release the heat and give an added layer of complexity and then threw in the roasted veggies to blend. The Himalayan salt and dehydrated peach powder finish this off and creates one of the hottest fruited sauces we’ve made but with so many unique flavor profiles it’s a must have for any collection. This is a 7.5/10 on the heat scale.
