Alright y’all. Let’s start the grilling and smoking season off right!! The first in the BBQ line this year is a slightly modified mop sauce style vinegar BBQ sauce. I was informed by one of the best world champion competitors that I needed a bit more tomato in there so here it is!! This is east syde turned sides to the west syde! A western Carolina staple of spices, vinegar, tomato, and heat. Well we added ghost and reapers in to really bring a kick to match the vinegar bite! A perfect compliment to pulled pork! The bite and the fat meld and create one amazing sauce. It’s perfect!!
