Green on green on green. This is a liquid Salsa verde on crack. Serrano, Poblano, and jalapeño base with charred leeks, roasted garlic, candied carrots and carmelized onions. We finish it off with fresh limes and white vinegar for that pop. Coming in at a 3/10 on the heat scale, it’s one of the mildest sauces we make but is filled with tons of flavor. This is the perfect breakfast pairing but also goes amazing with white meats and seafood. This was the second sauce we ever made as a company and one that will be around for years to come.
