We all have that one guy named Reuben who always was a bad influence. He got high with you and then sent you home and inevitably you’d get spanked making your butt hurt. Welllll. This is no different except the getting high part hahahaha. This is a sauerkraut, mustard, and smoked ghost pepper sauce that’ll be a wild influence on any meal!! We added in some candied carrots, carmelized onion, and roasted garlic with fresh herbs. The result is a spicy, earthy, German influenced, burn your ass later type sauce!! At a 7.5/10 on the heat scale this one’s got the fire to keep burning after you finish swallowing! Ol Reuben’s walking in like a big dick in the locker room and he’s not putting on pants any time soon! This thing swings!
