Well it wouldnt be in my nature to not have a little surprise for you all! The jalapeños just didn’t pop like last winter so numbers are very limited on both. I hadn’t planned to do another smoked sauce this year but when your best friend John Carter tells you his wife wants smoked suzy for Xmas…you make it!! We plucked every single pepper for these! And then we smoked the jalapeños and poblanos and onions for a smoked out version of of our classic salsa verde on crack suzy Greenburn!
