I present SANTAS LIL HELPER. This is a holiday warmup to anything!! We started with brown sugar roasted carrots, tons of roasted garlic, black pepper corns, orange zest out the wazoo, cardamom, clove, and honey. We cook all that down with unfiltered apple cider vinegar. We then added in a blend of mild and super hots to give a really nice rounded flavor. Everything balances beautifully in this holiday masterpiece sure to brighten up any dish. I think this as a glaze on the spiral ham would be amazing as well as any chicken, fish, or veggie dish. Totally a unique flavor that’s complimenting to anything it touches. Thanks as always and happy holiday season.
