The first drop of the new year and the first drop in our single strain series reappears in a fermented version! Story of the Ghost is a 100% ghost pepper based sauce! We took the classic recipe of Hot as Phuck and instead of using habaneros we used crazy hot red ghosts instead! The result is a funky and way hotter sauce but with a very unique flavor difference. Sits at a solid 7/10 on heat scale. We started out with our classic roasted garlic, candied carrot, And sautéed onion base and then raw peppers were added into the vat and it was all fermented for 2 months!! Once finished, I folded in apple cider and white vinegars!
