Drop two of the year is here and it’s a wild one!!! I know it looks like Suzy....but it burns like Mellow yellow!!! Welcome to the world LOOKS CAN FOOL YA! A tomatillo, garlic, and lime base. We added in all the green hot peppers off all plants before the last freeze and finished it off with fermented garlic brine and white vinegar. The result is a bright and bold sauce with a high heat level. It’s amazing!! You’ll notice that there are two different lids. We had to make the sauce twice. We made the first batch and there were not enough bottles so went and picked the gardens again of all the premie peppers and made the sauce again the next day. The recipes are the exact same to the gram but as with anything craft they are slightly different. Anyone who orders 2 bottles will get one of each batch.
