Limey Bastard is our third Rub in the series and maybe the most versatile. This is our answer to the mild but flavorful Tajin salt. We took super hots and dehydrated them but also included classic dried Mexican chiles as well and ground them all down with pink Himalayan salt. I then took 20 pounds of limes and slow oven dried half allowing the dark caramelization to happen and then dehydrated the other half to keep that bright citrus flavor. I added in dehydrated garlic and onions into the blend and a few fresh herbs and the end result is the most amazing flavoring salt on earth. Not an insane spice but just the right heat!
