Alright y’all we are bringing back the OG!!! This is the best batch I’ve ever made using a new cooking technique that gets a smoother texture and more balanced flavor! The balance is perfect and The base flavor is still the same as always...candied carrots, roasted garlic, and caramelized onions are the base with habaneros as the heat agent, but this time it blended all together even better. Finished off with white and Apple cider vinegars this is the sauce that started it all for us and just keeps getting better! The habaneros were really hot this time so this is a little spicier than normal! It’s hard to beat the classic!
