Oops I did it again. And like a good 2003 Britney pop hit, this thing is HOT!! We start with our house staples: candied carrots, a full pound of roasted garlic, and carmelized onions. We then throw in massive amounts of guava and cook it down until soft as the patent leather on Britney’s costume. We then throw a few mangoes and a couple peaches to brighten up the fruit base. We hit this with five pounds of mixed peppers from super hots to habaneros and finish it with both apple cider and white vinegars. It’s a pinch hotter than Genius with a drier finish on the pallet.
