The flavors as well as the name are so complex! You ever asked a preteen a question and you understand the words but they’re in some order and combination you’ve never dreamed of putting together? You ever had a recipe in your head like that too?? Wellllll this is the result of BOTH! I asked my main little dude “Riz Dog” what I should do for a hot sauce and he said something about the riz of an Ohio Skibbidy toilet. I had to use google and start a spreadsheet just to break that down. I then asked him for a country a fruit and a vegetable. His reply was Czechoslovakia, bell pepper, and pineapple.
Czech the Skibbidy Toilet was born!
This is an authentic Czech spice inspired sauce with roasted red bell peppers, cloves, marjoram, paprika, garlic, and salt and then….I added in a mango Czech Pilsner!! The spice was rocked with a straight ghost pepper build!!
A little fresh pineapple, shaved carrots, and candied onions were blended into the pot to balance the flavors. The result is a truly wild masterpiece. The flavors hit all over the palate and then the heat creeps on and on and doesn’t stop. It’s a HOT ONE at 8/10! There’s so much flavor that a couple drops can season a meal or a coating on wings will be a wild blast! The rich ethnic flavors will be an amazing way to build a new meal with any classic ingredients from protein to veg!
