Ok y’all here it is and better than ever! In a new cooking style I reintroduce…BLUE hot as BALLS!
It is a blueberry, Scotch Bonnet, Habanero, toasted sesame seed, kafir lime, and a pomegranate vinegar base with apple cider backing and a dash of white vinegar and lemon grape seed oil at the end. A bit of candied carrots and carmelized onion give a great umami sweetness that then rolls into A bright blueberry heat! I Got it smoother and more balanced flavor wise this time by roasting the peppers!! I think this is by far the best batch we’ve ever produced!!
