The Dragon doesn’t need to be chased anymore. We caught him and bottled him up for you to enjoy! Red Dragon is a Thai style sauce with a Red dragon fruit base. It’s paired with fresh ginger, garlic, tamarind syrup, sautéed onions, toasted seasame, and soy sauce. It’s finished with a bright red curry paste and a mix of hot and super hot peppers. This one’s a 7/10 on the heat scale. It’s incredibly flavorful but also very balanced. It’s not too sweet or spicy or pungent. It’s really an amazing sauce that will compliment seafood to beef and any veggie you throw it’s way! This is not one to miss!
