This is an absolute umami bomb!!! We started with dried and fresh hots and super hot peppers blended. Added in roasted garlic and sautéed onions. And then brought on the earthy attack. Coriander seed, cumin seed, mustard seed, all spice, molasses, honey, and black peppercorns make up the straight up most complex sauce to date and the only thing close would be truffle shuffle. This is rich and flavorful and hot but not too crazy. This is the shrimp and grits game changer. The steak butter slayer. The roast beef sandwich winner. This is brilliant and something I’m very proud of.
