
Watch your backs, the Big Green Monster is here and taking no excuses. This is the hottest green sauce we have ever made! Imagine Suzy meets Tomatillo Marshall meets Don’t phear the reaper!! After the tornadoes ripped through the county I had a ton of green peppers downed so I added them all to this batch. A few jalapeños, a ton of Serrano, and handfuls of green Carolina reapers make up the pepper base!! Added in are candied baby carrots, roasted leeks, fresh cilantro(not a heavy presence), and both fresh and dehydrated key limes! I went with bourbon barrel aged vinegar to add a touch of sweetness to this very warm sauce! A full 8/10 on the heat scale this one will have the tongue and lips burning but with AMAZING flavor!
